This week is Anti-Bullying Week 2018. The theme for this year's campaign is 'Choose Respect' and is particularly aimed at 'cyber bullying' which is a very real issue as anyone who uses social media will already know.
During the week you will see the two trees displayed in the foyer come alive with 'leaves of love'. Heart-shaped anti-bullying messages and intentions made by our students. There will also be a year assembly every day based upon this theme, led by our anti-bullying leads Mrs Lee and Mrs Tomlin. They will also be running a workshop for Year 5 students on Friday.
Our Student Council are also offering an ongoing anti-bullying 'drop-in' every Thursday breaktime in the Well-being room. This is a great 'safe space' for students of every year to come and share any concerns or worries.
