In a recent visit from local Councillors, our Senior Team were fantastic ambassadors for the school giving a warm welcome and showing them around the school.
Being described as an 'inspiring group of young people', they also took part in a Q&A session in The Chapel where they talked about their aspirations and futures and were honest with what their experiences are like in school and the wider community.
Kate Groucutt said: "It was great to visit St Cuthbert's and chat with the school's Senior Team about their career aspirations for the future, feeling safe in our community and the experience of home-learning during lockdown."
Andy Bowden said: "It was a pleasure to visit and talk with students, they were a credit to the school and their families.
"They all showed to be articulate, honest and ambitious for their futures and were a positive reflection of the majority of young people in our community."
