We are delighted to announce that St Cuthbert's is hosting its annual Sports Personality Awards Evening on Thursday, 1st December 2022.
The evening is designed to celebrate the sporting success, achievement and commitment of our students at St Cuthbert's in line with the prestigious BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards. We took the decision for our evening to take place in the same month as the annual BBC event to raise awareness of success in sport.
There will be special guest and ex-Liverpool and England goalkeeper, Chris Kirkland, to hand out our special awards.
As a community, we are proud of all our students who show passion, commitment and enthusiasm for being active and participating in exercise and sport as much as possible.
For the main 'St Cuthbert’s Sports Personality of the Year' Award, the school have shortlisted 8 outstanding nominees. Students, staff and governors are invited to vote for 1 nominee only.
