Wet day – No damp Spirits!
St Cuthbert’s competed in the Town Interschool Athletics Tournament at Robins Park on Tuesday 11th July 2017. Weather was poor but most events were completed.
60+ students represented St Cuthbert's from Years 7 – 11 in the Junior, Intermediate and Senior competitions. There were some fantastic team and individual performances with one of the highlights being Mike C. Year 9 storming to victory in the 400m final by over 50 metres! Other individual winners included Cody R. in the Senior Girls and Chloe B. in Junior Girls.
All performers were amazing and amassed enough points to be second in the small schools cup, missing out on first spot by only 6 points - there’s always next year!!
