Year 10 Food Technical Challenge

The St Cuthbert’s Technical Challenge

 

Year 10 GCSE Food students were set a Technical Challenge this week and so have been busy making Fruit Pavlova. Pavlova is a meringue based dessert decorated with fruit and cream.

 

We are very impressed with how they have approached this challenge which is not easy. The results were rather delicious too.
